Returns & Refunds
Les Glorieuses hope to provide the best quality for our customers.
However, if you have any concerns about your item(s), please contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange a swift and easy return.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, missing their original labels or returned after the stated period may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We offer free returns and a full refund, though this does not include the initial shipping cost.
After the customer contacts us, we will arrange the return.
We will not be refunding the cost of the initial shipping though we will pay for the return.
For FedEx, we will use the return slip that is provided as an option when shipping, though we will keep it and email it to the customer if necessary. The customer must use whichever service we dispatched the order with for the return.
For UK deliveries, returns will be arranged accordingly.
We will send the address for the return only if the customer requests it.
